Nissan's order pickers have been based on a modular design to help allow for great cost-effective solutions to the widest array of demands in the business. A few of the choices include tiller arm or wheel steering, fixed and rising driver platforms and high and low fork options.

With roughly 15 tons to raise in a single shift, your operators require durability and reliability to be able to achieve extreme output. The Nissan line of order pickers have been carefully engineered with the needs of the operator in mind. They provide the best safety features to create an efficient and comfortable working environment and increase performance. These machinery work at medium and low levels with long forks to greatly enhance workflow by being able to handle up to 3 pallets or 2 roll cages at a time. The operator platform rises approximately 95 cm in less than 2.5 seconds to allow for quick access to picking positions.

At high levels, the lift speed is fast and there is easy access to the forks from the cab and the picking position. AC power guarantees instance response to the slightest command by the operator. Also, every braking movement really helps to recharge the battery for a much longer shift. More uptime means much greater production. All Nissan order pickers enjoy easy battery changes and on-board fault diagnostics. These design features really contribute to increased uptime of the machine.

Ergonomic design is implemented at all levels. For example, at both low and medium levels, choose the steering option which is right for your operation. The power assisted wheel offers effortless and precise control. During applications where the operator walks alongside the truck, the tiller arm option can be the best option. In this specific position, the brake is applied each time the arm is vertically raised. When raised, it gives the operator sufficient space to stand on the truck.

Whenever picking positions are close together, the "side drive" option allows the operator the chance to walk alongside the machine and control the truck from either side. The operator can achieve this "straight line" operation in order to guarantee accurate backward and forward travel. At medium and low level, the step height is only several centimeters from the floor for easy access. Also, the rising platform options allow an easy "walk around" space.

Cab access is easy and quick at a high level. Also, the floor has added cushioning for better operator comfort. Moreover, the controls help guarantee utmost output and are carefully located for simple operation.
